Pulled Pork Tacos


  • 3 1/2 pound pork butt

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Warm Tio Santi tortillas - (corn or flour)

  • Sliced avocado

  • Señora Verde salsa

  • Package of coleslaw

  • Bella Rae BBQ seasoning


  • Rub Bella Rae BBQ seasoning all over pork butt. (Season to your liking) Let seasoned pork butt sit for at least 1 hour or chill over night.

  • Add seasoned pork butt to the slow cooker with two tablespoons of vegetable oil and cook on low for 6-10 hours or until pork is fall apart tender.

  • Remove from slow cooker and use two forks to shred the meat. Return shredded meat to slow cooker and toss to coat with juice from the pork. (Or just shred right in the slow cooker!)

  • Warm your tortillas in oven or toaster oven. Add meat, coleslaw mix, avocado and salsa to warmed tortilla. (Make it your own and add your favorite toppings or sauce!)
