Smithfield Pulled Pork

INGREDIENTS
2 Tsp Chili Powder
1/4 Cup Apple Juice
1 Smithfield Boneless Netted Pork Shoulder Roast
1 Tsp Iodized Salt
2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
DIRECTIONS
Combine seasonings; rub over all sides of pork roast. Place roast into a slow cooker.
Pour apple juice and any remaining seasoning into cooker. Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 hours).
Remove roast from slow cooker; let stand 15 minutes.
Using two forks, shred meat apart into bite-size pieces; add juices from slow cooker as needed to moisten.
Use shredded pork for barbecue sandwiches, taco or burrito filling, pizza or baked potato topping, or on a salad.
