4 Tbsp Butter
1 Large, Chopped Yellow Onions
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups 2% Milk
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
8 oz, Peeled and Trimmed Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
4 oz Crab Meat (or imitation crab meat)
16 oz Spaghetti Noodles
Fill a large pot with water and add salt for flavor; bring to a boil. Once boiling, add spaghetti noodles and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain off water.
In a pan, saute butter, onions and garlic powder together until the onions appear translucent.
Add in the flour - be sure to coat the onions well. Add in the milk gradually, stirring constantly. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, shrimp and crab.
Cook until shrimp are pink, approximately 10 minutes. Pour over pasta and serve.
