Seafood Alfredo


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp Butter

  • 1 Large, Chopped Yellow Onions

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour

  • 2 Cups 2% Milk

  • 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup

  • 8 oz, Peeled and Trimmed Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp

  • 4 oz Crab Meat (or imitation crab meat)

  • 16 oz Spaghetti Noodles

  • Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  • Fill a large pot with water and add salt for flavor; bring to a boil. Once boiling, add spaghetti noodles and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain off water.

  • In a pan, saute butter, onions and garlic powder together until the onions appear translucent.

  • Add in the flour - be sure to coat the onions well. Add in the milk gradually, stirring constantly. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, shrimp and crab.

  • Cook until shrimp are pink, approximately 10 minutes. Pour over pasta and serve.

*Pick and choose your favorite seafood or add your favorite vegetable like broccoli!
