Honey-Roasted Turkey Breast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 4 pound boneless, skin-on turkey breast
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Rub 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper around the whole turkey breast. Gently peel back the skin and rub the seasoning under the skin too.
Rub honey underneath the skin of the turkey. Do not rub honey on the outside of the skin - it may burn.
Place turkey breast in the oven for about an hour or until it registers 165 degrees F on a thermometer.
Slice and serve.
*Turkey will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator
